We listen, we care and we prove it!



Over the last 3 weeks, our TEAM has had several meetings with merchants that are so fed-up with their merchant processor that they can hardly think straight! What leads a business owner to those
extremes? Here is one such story.

Listen for yourself.....
I signed up with my bank in 2012. I was in a hurry and trusted them.
I had really no idea what I was paying but I saw the money daily and was able to pay my bills and eventually grow the business. When we decided to open another location, I had more time to check around but my bank rep kept coming by with a new contract. I spoke to several other processors, but unfortunately, NOT Merchant Processing Solutions Inc. No one seemed to offer me much more than my bank, so I signed up. Shortly after, I started seeing some huge withdrawals from my bank account. When I asked what they were, I was told my lease agreement on my new equipment, $120 per month! I also noticed that the rates were twice what I had been paying! When I finally got mad enough to go to the bank, since my rep STOPPED RETURNING MY CALLS, I was told that I was solely responsible for not understanding the terms of my contract and had no one to blame but myself. I had a 3 year contract and a 4 year lease on my equipment! If I wanted out of the contract, I would have to payoff the 4 year lease and a $499 service contract cancellation fee!

My advice: 
"Do not use your bank for your merchant services, even if it sounds convenient since you bank with them.  I have found out, the hard way, that they do not care about you or your business; but their bottom line! DO your homework; buy your own equipment; find a local, ethical and reputable company to process your credit cards with no hidden fees. The potential delay in deposits is worth it financially, in the long run.


We Care......
As many times as it has been posted here on this blog and elsewhere, merchants still do not understand the implications of going with their BANK, leasing equipment or signing a contract. Worse yet, most the of time they have NO IDEA they did any of the above mentioned! Merchant Processing Solutions Inc. never leases equipment to our merchants! We also do not require contracts! So, how are we able to keep 90% of our merchants for more than 5 years? Terrific TEAM, excellent customer services, local company available to meet with our merchants when needed and an overall desire to ALWAYS DO THE RIGHT THING!
