Merchant Processing Solutions Inc. is proud of our Customer Service record! We don't just talk the talk. All merchants have occasional issues, anyone that says they don't, they're lying! But as I have mentioned before, its not what we do IF our merchant has an issue, but WHEN that makes us the proudest!

These are some of Merchant Processing Solutions Inc. daily activities:

  • Meet with clients to go over viable solutions and best pricing to meet their needs
  • Review current processing product and rates, based on up-to-date statements.
  • We also ask to review their application/contract to advise them on any outstanding obligations.
  • Choose the best platform to process the merchants' accounts based on type of business and other factors
  • Personally, install and train most merchants that want and need
  • Help them understand the PCI Compliance Obligation and make sure they are compliant - so they are not charged any penalties!
  • We ask our merchants to get us involved if they get a CHARGEBACK. Our experience can help our merchants KEEP their money. 
  • Review our statements and any non-understood charges by our company - intervene when there is any problem and help the merchant get it taken care of
  • When needed, bring a replacement terminal to a "down" business
  • Come in and train new employees if necessary
  • Review the SOLD products and services yearly to make sure the client is using it correctly and efficiently. 
  • Propose more efficient and less expensive emerging technologies
  • Help our merchants with referrals for them to get more business
